I have been with a few providers that are "lacking" in IOP and was wondering what your feedback would be. The more independents I see, the more I question myself about why I go anywhere other than the agencies. I'd say about 80% of the agency girls have great IOP, and only about 40% of the indies do. The only plausible reasons I can come up with are competition and when they are all sitting around waiting on clients, they talk shop and critique each others acting ability.
