All of them can be enforced. I suspect you mean that they enforce the ones that can be 'more clearly' defined and this is one of them. Surely, even you are bright enough to realize that none of them can be exactly defined. They are all interpreted, not defined, and then enforced according to the interpretation accepted by the admin/mods. You don't respect the rules, per se, because they cannot be defined. You don't respect the 'enforceable' rules; you respect the ones that you accept as enforceable.
