Who is the best newbie provider to get me to lose my newbieness?

You may or may not be a newbie, this is just a canned response.

This list is made up of ladies that list themselves as newbie friendly on eccie, P411 or both.

Just because a lady is "newbie friendly", not having references doesn't mean they don't ask questions. A lot of them, if not all, still require screening information of some kind. When contacting them, don't expect an immediate response, they could be working, or contrary to popular belief, they may actually have lives outside of the hobby. After you give them any screening information they need, it could still take a few days for them to approve you. This normally isn't something bad about you, it could just mean that they haven't been able to get a response from your references or check your screening information.

I am not specifically recommending any individual provider, you need to make sure you do your homework and read all of the reviews on any that you would like to see. Things change, so just because they are on this list now doesn't mean they are still newbie friendly by the time you read this. Just ask them and be respectful when you do. Don't start by asking them if such-n-such is on their menu and remember, no explicit talk or you "might" not get a response, so read their reviews and find out if what you want is on their menu. You can always try and ask them specifics in person "after" you have had your first date. Just in case, you should ALWAYS assume everything is YMMV, meaning that if their menu says, or you see from their reviews that (example) LFK or DFK is on the menu and you go in there with stank breath, multi-colored fuzz growing on your teeth, and green snot hanging out of your nose, don't expect her to kiss you. Some on this list might not be home based here, but travel here often, and some that are home based here, might not be in town as they might be travelling.

Especially since you are a newbie, DO NOT NCNS (No Call, No Show) your appointments or word could get around and you might have a hard time finding another provider that will see you, newbie friendly or not.

This list is in no particular order except that the ones I have seen or communicated with are probably listed closer to the top.

I do find it "funny/ironic", that I don't trust any provider, yet I want to get naked with them.
I have LifeLock(tm) so I don't think I have issues about giving out info(432-23-44-5323)
but if I got p411 or some service like that, would that help the ladies/allievate fears?
I understand I can read their reviews and they have no idea about mine... so it's not fair and I want to make this begining as easy as possible.
Im sure once I see a few ladies, get references, I'll be fine.

That's a real good question. Some would say they would never give out their real name, real work, drivers license info, etc., others would. Whether you do or not, my advice is that if it isn't a well reviewed lady, I wouldn't. The list I gave you has a lot of well reviewed newbie friendly ladies. The ones I have seen didn't go overboard asking for those kinds of personal references but I don't remember exactly what they asked for. I'm sure some of the guys on here that have been here longer than me will answer this better. I am still a newbie to most of them.

Do you want to sleep with everybody you don't trust? Trust is something that has to be earned and is up to the person giving the trust. I have friends that I have known for more than 25 years that I trust for some things, but I don't trust anybody for everything. Heck, there are a couple of providers that I trust more than some RL friends, of course those providers aren't drunk trying to drive me home either.

P411 could help a little but I'm not sure how much as a newbie. You will notice that most on P411 still require references. Some require 1 but I have seen some that require 5+. Many of them are also on eccie.
