I have wondered the same thing. Does be here Monday mean after check in time on Monday which can be as late as 3 PM or is she coming in Sunday evening and ready to make appointments beginning Mon. morning. Some providers say when they start making appointments and some don't. As for asking them, that is a good idea assuming their voice mail isn't too full to take your message.
