The article doesn't show how Carly's fingerprints are on the deal. It says HP sold printers to Iran thru a subsidiary in Qatar. PRINTERS!

Having done export compliance for 10 years, the govt can opt to fine companies, impose sanctions or even send executives to prison for violations, especially if those violations were purposeful . Was that done? Since the link and the article it references doesn't bring it up......

What the end-to-end supply chain does is out of the hands of the originating company. The supply chain was Redington Gulf and it just so happens that once HP learned of the sales to Iran they cut their ties with Redington Gulf. Fiorina acknowledge that and didn't try to hide what had took place.
