There was a movie, followed by a special, on Lifetime last night, about the Craigslist Killer. They talked with one of the girls who saw him before he elevated his MO to include killing. She was a provider advertising on CL, was tied and robbed at gunpoint. Her report to the police was crucial to their apprehending him. Who knows how many more he may have hurt...

It is my hope that the girls here will call the police and report crimes they experience. I understand why they may be reluctant to do so. But the life you save may be your own, or someone you know.

Let's be careful out there.

Thanks for the thread FL! I watched the movie and the special...completely agree with you! It's so *important* that every assault or rape be reported. There have been several ladies between SA and Austin who have been assaulted/raped and I believe they reported the incidents.

I've said it before and I'm saying it again...NEVER take anything for granted. Some providers only screen by *impression.* They talk to the person on the phone or meet prior to a date...at a public place. They think they can get an idea of that person...like a first impression, but what does that really tell you about that person? NADA!

This killer was young, caucasian, clean-cut, 1st yr med student at Boston College...sounds like a nice guy, right...and how about Jeffrey Dahlmer? Nothing will guarantee you 100%, but why take unnecessary risks?

Chii...who robbed you? At the very least you should post an alert on her so the other guys know of it!

i agree with Likki... again post an alert on those that have wronged you chii. We as the board, both provider and hobbyists, need to know for future references.

no one likinikki i am pretty careful in situations but long time ago from an agency some stole a bottle of my shampoo from my bathroom i thought that was pretty strange and funny......................
