I sent her a text to get some info at the number that is listed. She sent me a reply to only contact her through her email address, so I did, letting her know I was a member of eccie and p411. Her response was:

I have never heard of a provider asking for this. I assume that once she has the pin number on the card, she has full access to that money on it without making good on her end. Anyone ever seen her or done this, clients or providers? I would think that my p411 status would be credible enough. I personally think it is a scam.
