Muff, I already exposed one Defense Dept. boondoggle, that ridiculous sculpture they wanted on some base. There is much more idiocy to be cut from defense.

NSF discovers wasteful spending and cracks down on it. Coburn takes credit for it. Washington Times reporters fail to mention the context of any of the experiments.

I would be very interested in the context of shrimp on treadmills. I'm sure that would clear everything up, and I would learn that taxpayer funds were not misspent.
