i don’t know if anyone else has noticed or cared, but this monger just removed himself from the board...no goodbye or farewell. i imagine that members of our community come and go, yet don’t say a word to anyone, but JS was a vet and a major contributor to the board. just seems a little bizarre...
i figured he will eventually be back, but more so curious if anyone has any intel about his abrupt departure.
up front, i get it that everyone is entitled to their privacy and a reclusive withdrawal. im not trying to pry...JS and i once met at a social, exchanged stories, and i formed much respect for our fellow monger.
hope ur doing ok bro...

I wish him the best as well and he’ll be missed as he was fun to bs and hang out with. I also thought it was odd I haven’t seen him post, but we all have our phases for different reasons.

I'm sure he had his reasons. If someone leaves without saying bye, I usually just leave it that way. Could of been an SO, job circumstance, or other private affairs. If they come back, we will know soon enough. If not, he'll be missed.

The general rule of thumb around here has always been when the member guests his/her handle it usually means that member desires to fade into the woodwork (well, maybe not that wood work) and always best to avoid bringing that to public attention.
He's been "disappeared" almost four months now!
