Hi,

I'm am curious ...why is it so hard for you guys to send the eccie providers a pm before you call? Especially when you haven't seen me or that provider before....

To keep calling us and not letting us know your ID isn't very nice....I don't post on backpage so I don't accept calls without an ID which I can't confirm by your PM...I made that mistake recently and I won't do it again.....If I can't verify your ID...please don't keep calling or texting me....

Am I the only companion that has this problem with friends just keep calling without sending a PM?

If I had a dollar for every time I have heard or read a provider complaining about guys who are incapable of following simple instructions for contacting them...

I could hobby with such wild abandon!

It has always been, and will continue to be, a recurring problem.

I PM first and wait for a response. If no response I do not call. I tried calling a few times without PMing and found it to be very awkward with the provider being VERY cautious (rightfully so). So now it is pretty standard behaviour here for me.

Velvet, just a suggestion...post your requirement in your signature next to your phone number. Hobbyists probably assume they can just call when you post your number and advertise as being *Newbie Friendly* hope that helps!

i just got a WEIRD phone call!

me- ooookay. well email me all your refs since youre not a member here, (and the names mentioned- theres a ton of girs by that name.), ill check your screening, and we can meet another day. ***i dont take late night appts from guys not on the board AND i need to screen you. ***

him- ill just call you next time i want to meet.
me-hmmmm well email me now, so your screening will be done then.

him- i dont have a email
me- okay, buh-bye!

Very simple answer to your question:
When a horny guy is looking for a provider the last thing he does is follow instructions and/or read your whole ad/profile. All he is looking at is pics and thinking(with the head below his waist) damn, she looks good.

I have been guilty of making the same mistakes but I have learned from them.

It's quite simple. If a gal publicly posts her # for any guy from gods knows where, to call her at. Then those men are going to call rather than following any screening protocol.

If a lady doesn't post her # and indicates her screening requirements and makes sure the guys (who contact her) follow said screening requirements of hers. Then all's good.

But note: There are *some* men in this adult lifestyle who don't give a rats ass about screening or what the lady prefers. Do you really want to see *those* men?? IF so, then continue to post your numbers ladies. IF not. Then don't publicly post your number and only see the men who adhere to and respect your screening protocol.

It really is that simple!!

No disrespect to you WM, but, I don't see anything wrong with posting a hobby number...lots of providers do for the ease of communicating. I do agree that when they do that...they're going to get all kinds of calls...day/night and that should be expected with doing so.

Velvet, you've been in the business for a long time...you should know that men do not think with the big head when the urge hits! You have your number posted *in red* and that's all they're going to see! (lol) Anyway, guess getting calls is better than getting NO CALLS! (wink, wink!)

I like both, but sometimes I dont see my pms. Text is better as long as you tell me who you are etc. This way, if I am busy, at least I know who called and what is going on. If I am in a public place and cant talk, I can respond this way. Vm works too

I try to get back to people asap.

ahehehe very true Likinikki...ahehehe...

It's just that I change my number sometimes and for my "old" friends it's easier to keep it posted than contact them all by mass pm's or emails....not my style....I have started to request their contact number when they send me their request, too....Ladies you know how it goes...they all call at once....trying to stay organized and efficient is a task...I must say!
