I couldn't help but to laugh my ass off after reading that. Besides all of the grammatical errors that drew chuckles out of me, I also found the fabrication of this story extremely comical. When you get arrested for something, you aren't going to be shown all of the evidence that has been gathered against you so that you and your "lawyer" can prepare a strong defense. Sure you may be charged but you still have a court proceeding to attend. That is when all of the evidence collected is show before the court.

The only chance that you and your lawyer will have at seeing any evidence against you is by filing a discover request where a judge has to rule for the prosecutors or whoever is carrying the case to allow you to see some information regarding the evidence that has been collected against you.

If any of the events as described in the post really did occur, they must have happened in an ass-backwards town where everyone inbreeds with each other.
