I’ve had Nate’s seafood, and I’ve also been to Lefty’s. Both are near the intersection of Midway and Beltline.
For food and drinks, I would go to Lefty’s.
More of a restraint/ bar atmosphere.

Second on Lefty's; good food, small but cozy bar, New England style seafood restaurant.



Might also try Oceanaire at the Galleria, associated with Marriott (I believe).

More eclectic, cosmopolitan. It's just been awhile since I've been; but, still makes top lists for Dallas:

Kenny’s Woodfire Grill has the best crab cake in the area off Beltline and the DNT.
