Phase1,2 or 3
Did the governor clarify which phase the massage parlors will open under. Is it phase 1 ,2 or 3?

Neither did Trump.
My best guess is that massage joints are "essential businesses"!

Actually plenty was said for those that are interested.
https://gov.texas.gov/organization/opentexas
Federal executive order even more comprehensive. Take home messages however, no close "public" contact with naked strangers anytime soon.

What "Federal executive order"?
As for "home messages" .... I check my VM regularly.
"Strike Force"?

I like my wiggler waggled as much as anyone but no creeping death is worth it to me.
. . . except for Cherry Park Tina circa 2016. I'd crawl through a mile of shit to see her again.

I didn't hear either one of them say anything about where you can go pay for sex either.
I did not watch, but it was my understanding it was announced schools will be closed for the remainder of the school year here in Texas.
That is not surprising, but it is a pretty big deal.
I believe the state parks were reopened under certain conditions as well.
I would think what strip center people can go to get hand jobs, blow jobs, and perhaps more, is pretty far down on their priority list.

Some people need to find the Governor's order and READ IT. Without getting too far into the weeds the order doesn't "SHUT DOWN" businesses, but is directed at patrons and customers ... i.e. ... you can't go into the business ... so places like Walmart set up a line to control entrance .... supposedly at least 6 feet apart ... for drive-by appearances, but once inside there is no "policing"! One must control their own behavior.
Generally, it simply makes sense .... any service business that requires physical interaction within the 6-foot zone, and particularly those in which body fluids are subject to being shared are on the "watch list" and anyone who really relishes their good health will avoid them UNLESS they are convinced it is SAFE!

That's because their sources get the 5-minute pre-sex test results!

And some people need to read a little closer what other people submit^^
You feel the need to engage every poster in every word they submit.
Are things a little slow at the office??

The irony is that he is the first one to chastise users for thinking they are in-the-know, while acting as if he is the authority on everything.
As for things being slow at the office, that's probably a pretty accurate metaphor for his life in general.

At least I can read an executive order posted on the website.
Of course, one must know how to findit.
