Mornings are tough especially Sunday mornings. My experience had been most of the providers start waking up at 1:00 PM on Sundays The ECCIE girls are better than the STG others. The ECCIE usually make appointments in advance and don't stay up all night on Saturday posting. You learn over time which girls are morning friendly. I can PM my suggestions, if you want.

If planned in advance I play on Sunday starting at 930am

I prefer mornings over the notes... my body gets in chillax mode after 6pm lol
