How do I add an avatar?

I've poked around the site and can't figure it out. Could someone tell me, or at least point me to the information? Thanks.

On the left hand side of the screen you will see User CP. Click on that link and you should see, on the left-hand side, a link to edit your avatar.

I'm toying with the idea of adding a "Too Lazy to Choose an Avatar" avatar, just to mess with people's minds...
