OP gave his opinion, his reasons and left it open to others to decide. Looks are subjective. The next guy might find her attractive. Seems I remember a recent reviewer called her "cute".

His "yes" seems to be based on services offered & attempted, though unsuccessful. Nothing wrong, IMO, with saying she did her job but he was distracted.
