Im looking for a decent area to stay in during my travels through Des Moines...

Im looking for a comfterable place 3 star and up, non smoking. I prefer to stay near some good places to eat etc.

I am wanting to visit as soon as i can while the weather is still nice! It has been difficult finding somewhere in the jordan creek area

There are also some pretty solid options downtown, and you are likely to put yourself in a coma with some of the food around there. Parking can be a pain, but most of the hotels have their own parking lot or garage.

I would love the chance to get to meet you. Keep us updated on the dates you end up choosing to pay Des Moines a visit.

I would also like to meet you when you are here. Try the hotels on Grand Prairie Pkwy....very nice and convenient to I80.
