I saw a provider out of town and posted "about it" in the private section, but put the review in the area I was at. I think that is the correct way to do it.

I don't think it matters whether it's dead or not not, mine was 2 hours from the board I posted in because it was closest.

You can always put your review wherever you want and the mods will move it if it's in the wrong place,up to you.
