Disappointment at Advanced Massage Therapy(Kim's-Ohmi)
Called Kim today at Advanced Massage Therapy (210) 629-3064 and made an appointment with OHMI for 3:30pm-3:45pm. Kim said she was free at that time but would put me down for 3:45pm but I could come in a few minutes before that.
Walked in at 3:36pm, Jenny was at the door. Jenny mentioned that OHMI just took a walk-in 5 minutes ago and was booked up until 4:30pm???
I called Kim, explained to her that I drove across town for my confirmed appointment and was not happy. She apoligized but did not offer anything for my inconvenience.
I asked Kim, when a client walks in to AMT, have you trained the girls to:
1) ask his name ?
2) ask him what time is his appointment ?
3) and who was his appointment with ?
She didn't have much to say after I asked her this.
Took me 30 minutes to get back home, not a happy camper. BryanJsatx
