It should come down to the individual facts and circumstances and what laws were broken.

Charge em for the laws that have been broken and try em. If they're found to gave done the crime they can do the time. Bail is up to the judge and whether the defendants are deemed to be at high risk of obstructing justice, a danger to the community, or a flight risk

We're talking some significant violence, right? Any looting? Burglary? Arson?

Hell, the one stat posted here had PA as one of the highest paying states in terms of what Illegals are costing us, I believe it was 1.3 BILLION!

Our state can't afford them either, property taxes are terrible, gas taxes terrible, we could use the break too.

And IF the riots do happen in PA, its going to be Shittsburgh and Philthadelphia, and if they burn down, GOOD!

Ii actually agree. Unless trump dies of natural or unnatural causes, he will remain in office for at least the next 2 years.
Then, once he is half way through his term, either god, a guy with a gun, or the people pulling the strings will start on impeaching him so that vance can serve as a good puppet president for the following 2 years, the remainder of trump's term. vance runs again for his first term in 2028, and that is an easy win for him.

The end game is 12 years of vance as president.

You know, if all the people don't revolt and the economy doesn't take a nose dive 6 feet under first.
