yep it was an arrest but the usual suspects in Congress are already claiming this was not authorized by Congress. since when does Congress need to approve an arrest?


let's not forget Maduro was indicted in 2020 and i've slept since then but i recall no one in Congress needed to approve it nor did anyone oppose it.
