Kilmar back in the US
So...lots to unpack here and let's hear (reasonable) responses. Pam bam...did the mushroom, got the job, says he's back because there's a warrant for him.
OK, so the rest of the "horrible criminals" the dumpster sent to CECOT didn't even have a WARRANT?
How much more of the blatant "brown shirt" behavior do you need to see? Before they come for you...or yours

Let’s see if I understand correctly.
They deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia wrongly and without due process.
During multiple trials the Justice department admitted that they did so mistakenly.
They were ordered to facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia by the Supreme court.
Rather than admit wrongdoing and follow the law they come up with a new charge so they can use that as a pretext to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia despite it’s validity.
Meanwhile:

The indictment of Kilmar Abrego Garcia led to the resignation of a top federal prosecutor, according to a report by ABC News.
According to ABC News, “The decision to pursue the indictment against Abrego Garcia led to the abrupt departure of Ben Schrader, a high-ranking federal prosecutor in Tennessee.”
“Schrader’s resignation was prompted by concerns that the case was being pursued for political reasons,” sources told ABC News.

... Not exactly... - ALL his CRIMES are about to be
paraded forward - and then tied tighter than a Mandrake knot
to some o' the Democrats who told us the fellow is NOT
a criminal.
... Then he'll be sent out again.

You can't; therefore, you create an over-the-top diversion to change the narrative a bit. That's the Trump reality TV way.
https://abc7.com/post/protests-erupt...rnia/16690197/
I'll be honest, I don't care what happens to that guy. I just know I am tired of hearing about him. Send him back home, oops, have to bring him back, try him here for crimes in Tennessee, if found not guilty, send him back or fuck it, send him back either way now; and round and round the merry go rounds...this shit has become ridiculous. If I'm that Garcia dude, I'd be like, "would you assholes make up your damn minds about what you want to do with me? I'm not a fucking toy."
I think far less attention has been given to most serial killers than that guy has received due to this political reality TV shit show directed and produced by Trump.

I am starting to see that anything that becomes political is a waste of time. Nothing really gets accomplished they just repeat the same bullshit over and over.

Many are missing the real point here. A lot of MAGA is jumping up and down saying "the Libs are going to be embarrassed when the evidence proves that this guy is a criminal."
Nope. While it is true that some who were calling for him to be brought back were saying he was not a criminal, most were saying "that is not the issue. Correct your admitted mistake, obey the courts, bring him back, follow due process."
If it is proven in court that he deserves to be deported, then send him away. Legally this time. Accused criminals have rights too, whether people like it or not.
Due process wins. For now. I have no hope for the future, especially the immediate one.
And if anyone is to be embarrassed here, it is the Trump administration for lying through their teeth when they said that they had no power to bring this guy back.

My main concern, and I see it daily, is the timeline on due process. Following the flood of illegals the last 4 years, it might take a decade for a case to get seen. A decade while that person is in the US, not a proper citizen, paying no substantial taxes, while consuming resources they don't help replenish.

Your concern is very valid. I don't know how we address that, I freely admit. But I don't think that the answer is to allow one person (Trump) to say we have an "invasion" and suspend/ignore due process.

Immigration courts
handle most cases involving aliens in the United States, particularly those related to deportation and removal proceedings.
These courts are part of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), a sub-agency within the Department of Justice (DOJ). Immigration judges preside over these cases, determining issues of admissibility and removability, and ruling on applications for relief from removal like asylum.
Specialized Court:
There's also a highly specialized court called the Alien Terrorist Removal Court (ATRC). Established in 1996 to address national security concerns, it handles cases involving the deportation of non-citizens suspected of terrorist activities. The ATRC has its own unique set of procedures, and its judges are federal district court judges appointed by the Chief Justice

... Exactly right, mate.
Also, the FACT that the bloke is ILLEGAL and not subject
to due process rights. Where oh where was "due process" when
Clinton and OBama were deporting illegals?
(Well, those two blokes were just "re-settling" immigrants
in others countrys with a global initiative )
