Supposedly there are so many pharma lobbyists in Washington DC that it is estimated there is one lobbyist for every member of Congress.
It would be nice if this happened. Will the Trump bully negotiating tactic stand firm this time ?

I've wondered about this one a lot over the years. I live in a border town, and can walk over and get meds, no insurance, exact meds, for 1/4-1/10 of the non insurance price in the states. Plus for the most part you don't need a script.
Examples: Insulin (Pen and bottle type) $225 for 6 month supply in mexico. $4525 in US ($450 with insurance)
Adderal in mexico (Brand name) $60 for 60 day supply, US $850.
Generic is cheap both sides.
So I hope he can get something done for critical needs meds, ie insulin, antibiotics etc.
Zepbound and ozempic and shit can be expensive, it's designer drugs for a specific issue of fat people.
