Best I’ve received is at Relaxing, as well as half of Houston. MANY reviews to be read here. But notice is out that I think they had water problems and TS was shut down. Guess your should call first to see if showers are working.

For several months I was going to Relax quite a bit. I was never dissappointed and the table shower was excellent. As to whether or not it is the "best" is the city, I have no idea.
