Y’all can get rid of the double posts if when you go into edit the second post, instead of typing in “ugh, double posts” or something similar, you look for the delete option (it actually exists for these types of glitches, when they don’t for regular posts) and mark it for deletion. There is also a “delete message” button just below the delete radio button, so make sure you click that as well.

This doesn’t work for the first (intended) post, so don’t make the mistake I did the first time I tried this trick…like all other posts, that first one is permanent (but editable).
