Same here... I need to either use my mobile connection, or a VPN from outside of Spectrumland.

Clear your browser.
Add eccie.net to your allowed sites.

I've been experiencing the same issues. There is a thread about this on the main eccie page. I believe it's under the technical support catagory. This seems to be an issue affecting many members from all over. It sounds like they are trying to do something to resolve it.

I don't know how to link it here, but if you go to the main page it's under technical support. You can't miss it. Seems to be an issue for lots of people.

I'm having the same issue on Verizon. Tried everything I could think of. Website will not load on iPad. Have to use my phone. It is even a little touchy with my phone.

It seems to me a while back it was acting up on me and I had to change my setting to allow it.

Spectrum may be blocking some sites.

There's a thread about this issue on the Eccie main page under technical support. It's not just a spectrum thing. AT&T customers are having the same issue. It's not your device or browser. The temporary solution seems to be using a VPN
