I think they generally try to lure you somewhere (I'm not sure if they do apartments it seems like a lot of liability if something goes wrong) like a hotel where they control the environment.

they know who you are what you do and your income marriage status before busting you they predetermine who to bust i think. with today technology they know more about u than you know yourself. if you are low value and just try to get layed they dont care much about u.

If you ever see the photos of the guys who get busted, you would know they don’t go to that much effort.

They go for the low-hanging fruit, which tend to be guys who are lazy or stupid.
