I wouldn't say super sophisticated, but looks like they're spending a little more time and effort on these. They're diligently setting up consistent profiles for the same "girl" across all the hobby sites.

I don't have an account on TER, or have insight on the preventative measures they employ, but all of those reviews are all within the last few months. I wouldn't be surprised if you research into the users leaving reviews, they are sockpuppet accounts. If they are real clients, maybe "Evelyn" was a real provider for a short period of time, and after building up a good rep, they swap the photos with the super hot AI looking photos to cash in on the scam.
