Signs of Trumplania crumbling down……
The signs are there, folks. Always love seeing Trump and the MAGAtards look like fools again…..as the cracks in the walls appear and GOP people who have been silent are starting to rebuke and slap Trump down.

Maybe, just maybe…..the cowards in the GOP realize that if they grow some balls, they need not fear the orange turd…..because the turd needs someone to pick it up in a poop bag and get rid of it…..before the voters get rid of THEM!

After the lawmakers’ video was posted in November, Trump called their comments “seditious” and demanded that they be “arrested and put on trial.”
BZZZZT
The New York Times reported on Tuesday, citing four people familiar with the situation, that prosecutors, led by United States Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro, failed to get a grand jury to get behind their indictment. NBC News also reported the story.
Pirro (and Trump) flops again...

Headline:
EPA to repeal its own conclusion that greenhouse gases warm the planet and threaten health
The Environmental Protection Agency plans to repeal the legal framework that underpins its power to regulate greenhouse gas emissions on Thursday.
Another loss for Trumlandia….
From NBC News:
“The EPA’s 2009 decision says that gases like carbon dioxide and methane are heating the Earth ….
….and that warming threatens public health and welfare.
Under the Clean Air Act, the current language frames rules that set emissions standards for cars and trucks and require fossil fuel companies to report their emissions, among others.
The full text of the repeal has not yet been released, but the move is expected to upend most U.S. policies aimed at reducing climate pollution — if the repeal can withstand court challenges from environmental groups, which had already been preparing to sue.
Other climate regulations could also topple down soon, including carbon dioxide standards for power plants.”

Unfortunately, this is a loss for all of us, including Trumplandia.
This is a true example of WTF. According to current scientific data, we only have an estimated 9 years left to do something.
"Scientific estimates for the "point of no return" on climate change generally converge around 2035, a critical threshold by which aggressive actions must be taken to limit global warming to 2 degrees Celsius. Some studies indicate that if decisive action is not taken, we could cross this, or even earlier, irreversible tipping points."

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) suggested on Tuesday that holding Attorney General Pam Bondi in contempt is on the table — just ahead of Bondi testifying before the House Judiciary Committee.

When is a day not a day?
Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) apparently has a non-Newtonian physics degree and is able to warp time to delay future votes on President Donald Trump’s ability to levy tariffs.
Trump’s sweeping global tariffs rely on his use of the National Emergencies Act, which allows the president to use special powers – often those explicitly granted to Congress – during a time of crisis. The Congress, however, must vote to renew each emergency declaration annually and approve a new emergency after 15 days.
So what does Johnson do? Tries to warp time...Johnson tried to pass a rule on Tuesday that included the section:
Quote:
|
19. Provides that each day during the period from February 10, 2026, through July 31, 2026, shall not constitute a calendar day for purposes of section 202 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622) with respect to a joint resolution terminating a national emergency declared by the President on February 1, 2025, April 2, 2025, July 30, 2025, or August 6, 2025.
|
The result? Three House Republicans voted with the Democrats to shoot down the rule.
Continuing to break down MAGA tiny step by step.

The ones starting to pull away have realized that the only power that Trump has is what they give to him.
He caves every time someone stands up to him.

The Department of Justice needed yes votes from 12 grand jurors — on a panel of 16-23 members — in order to indict six Democratic members of Congress in connection with a video in which the lawmakers urged troops to refuse illegal orders.
They got ZERO
Sorry Donald, doesn't look like you'll get to hang anybody.
