I am visiting next week and looking to check out the bar scene in CS, so which are the best spots to see? I also enjoy a cigar from time to time are there any cigar bars in CS?

Hello Alex,
I go to Northgate all the time. It really depends on the day as to what is going on. If you enjoy the College scene, you'll have a great time.
I live here and I wouldnt mind going out with you if you wanted to explore CS.

I know a couple cigar shops in town, but no bars specifically for them. Northgate has a hookah place if you're interested in that, I've never been there personally though. A lot, if not all, of the places on northgate have outdoor areas if you want to smoke one.

Northgate is probably your best bet while you're here, I'd recommend Downtown Bryan usually, but it's pretty dead during the week.

Just call it "The Chicken" when you get here. You can also try the Dry Bean shot bar (two bars down on the left side) to loosen up a little beforehand. They have a real good 'Red Headed Slut'.

In the morning when you are recovering from the hangover, you can drive down Wellborn Rd to the Hullabaloo Diner for the best breakfast around.

Looks like I might have to extend my stay if I want to check all those places out. Never knew there was a lot of places to visit in.
