The report sounds bad from the headline, but after you read it you see how silly a report it actually is( not saying HIV is silly ) It states preliminary reports from UHCS clinics only! Its a scare piece and not worthy reporting at all.

The fact that opt-out has been around for a few years now and the reported cases are still down is the real story, it shows the message is getting out there. What I would really like to see is of those infected, how many were IV drug users and how many were gay males. Not sure we will ever get that information because it could cause a sudden loss of Grants and private funding for the health care systems, and create a back lash on those communities like it did in the 80's.

Proper reporting dictates you give all the facts....not speculation and half truths.
