Actually, any provider, verified or not, has reviews assigned to their profile, so even if she does not have a showcase, or is not verified for ECCIE, she still can have linked reviews.

For a new lady, reviews begin to establish her reputation, so by putting the ECCIE profile in the review (or in the thread somewhere), the mods (and others) know which lady it is who should be credited with the review.

Sometimes it assists the mods in properly assigning reviews when a mod can't find her in the ECCIE member list. When that happens, often reviews are "parked" at a placeholder account created based on info in the review. It is always better to assign it to the actual girl's profile.

In this particular case, Khloe is a VP and the review was already assigned to her, but not everyone looks below the bottom of the thread to see to which provider profile the review was assigned.
