You are a stranger on the end of a telephone line that has a tough time with the written word so who knows HOW you conveyed yourself to a man running a business that chose to NOT discuss his clients with you.

I do not care for some of the shill accounts or the self promotion of his business through reviews or use of fake pics some allude to but I can applaud him for keeping the privacy of his clients in house.

If your expectations are so unreal on ne side of the equation I think serious thought would be given to practices relating to the privacy of those that see you.

From what I've gathered, Adriana is saying that a prospective client gave her TAE's contact to use as reference to set up an appointment. However, when she called Michael of TAE to verify the hobbyist, Michael hung up on her. Since she couldn't get any details through Michael, she's trying to find out more about TAE's screening process.

The last time I used TAE's services was more than a year ago, so take it for what it's worth. With me, he did not ask for any details for screening. I think he screens callers based on the vibes he gets.

If you're having trouble, you will probably want to tell the prospective client to give Michael a heads up before you call Michael to verify the client's details.
