9/10 times this person blurs their face so that you will not be able to notice that THEY ARE A MINOR (under 18). Also, the minors usually have pimps and don't see ANY of the money you give them EVER.

You are wrong. A lot of times when you see FAKE pictures, it's because the girl is under age and the pimp knows that if he takes pictures of her, that is a child pornography case plus a serious felony, thus why they use FAKE pictures.

A pimp would not take these "felonious" pictures of their underage girl and then blur the face ... It’s still child pornography with the blurred face.

I've seen blurred faces on just as many pics of older providers as any, so your theory isn't very accurate.
