Don't know how I feel about this but it sure will make one think about the use of pre-paid cell phones when hobbying.

Total Information Awareness isn't the "law" in the U.S. yet but enough pols from both parties seem to think it's a cool idea, witness most of 'em voted "Aye" in 2007 for the bill that gave the telcos immunity (retroactively, no less) for cooperating with the Bush admin's unauthorized tapping.
