Images Violations

Hey can you guys supply me with the rules section or subsequent message from St. C that says pornographic images can be posted as long as they are in Private Tags , ROS , or Men's Lounge ? I received a violation for an image that was definitely in Private Tags .

#12 - Respect the posted "Image Standards" which apply to our public coed forums. (including Showcase) In short, images which depict subjects which are topless are allowed, but below the waist nudity which displays exposed genitalia or images depicting pornography are to be avoided. Additionally, posting URL links to external sites depicting pornography is not permitted. (use RTM to report images which you feel may not be in compliance)

Yes , but in private quotes . Your supposed to be able to post it anywhere only where people with PA only can see it .

I thinck the rub comes from the "coed forum" portion of the rule.

Reason being, (if I'm not mistaken); the OP of a thread can see all of the subsequent replies.

(but don't take my word for it. I did a lot of that which is not to be mentioned when I was younger, so my brains are kinda' pickled).

It was my thread , and sandbox , and I've had one of these reversed already .

The rules are eased slightly in the Sandbox, however....

The Public-vs-Private Forum portion is where the hitch lies. also what was contained in said image. Go ahead and repost it so we can take a peek? lol

You're mistaken... on ECCIE only members with Premium Access can see the content within [PRIVATE] tags. The OP has no special privileges in that regard.

RR: It is my understanding that content within [PRIVATE] tags is considered "premium content" and explicit images are allowed there. I just explicitly asked that question in the staff area to confirm that. Will let you all know.

if a guy who just registered writes a review and another guy quotes something the OP's ROS, the OP can see it since he is the thread starter

That contradicts what we've been told here in the past. Unless you mean the OP sees it because he receives Premium Access as a result of the review being accepted.
