You may have seen this before but it's worth watching again. Beginning is a little boring, so advancing to where she takes the dress off. I bet this chick could kick most of our asses. Makes you wonder about muscle control elsewhere.

Boy she has to be a hell of an athlete, recently pole dancing just like crossfit have become very popular methods for training, forget traditional dumbells hahahaha
