Default Recycling companies that buy car batteries?

I have several car batteries and i'm trying to get $10 each. Also, who offers the best rate for alum cans? Most likely 300+ lbs and might have to take a 2nd trip. Any ideas without calling?

There is a place over by the Argosy bridge. Here is their website.. http://www.metalrecyclingkc.com/

To put a point on it; aluminum cans are 20 cents a pound

Current price sheet shows aluminum cans under 100 pounds .48 cents over 100 pounds .51 cents a pound. There sight also lists that they take batteries.

For battries i go to best battries in nkc on Burlington, i think they pay $11.00 per battery and if you have more than 10 they by the pound. My last trip i got $0.32 per lbs. They pay the most in town

I have 5 full size batteries and 1 compact car size battery. The extra 4 would take a little time..
It would be helpful if companies bought used motor oil from consumers. They pay shops/auto parts stores $1 a gallon.
