Wiz- Manziel probably doesn't have what it takes to play in the NFL but he is a heck of a college QB. Bama will run the table now.

In a year where hype ruled the Heisman ballot box time will only tell if he really was/is Heisman material. It was an awful lot of 'ability' to bestow on a 20 year old rookie on a team that is probably over its head in the SEC.

Anyone who thinks Manziel is just a college flash doesnt know how to evaluate footballl or played at a high level. He's a definate 1st round talent who made a great Alabama look very inept.. Manziel made a few bad passes which resulted in turnovers but single handed kept his team in the game with a chance to win. He has a pro arm and the ability to escape the pocket and create on the run which is paramount in the professional game. Hes very intelligent and usually makes the correct read. the game isnt to fast for him as it is for 90%of college QBs.. He's be a fantastic late 1st round pick to sit behind a established QB and even polish his skills further. There is no way to argue that EJ Manuel is a better QB than Manziel and he went in the 1st round.

He'll probably go in the first round.....but that whole running backward fifteen yards and throwing a forty yard pass thing - it won't work in the NFL.

Just don't think Manziel will do anything in the NFL. Nor does he probably have the discipline to play in the NFL and not stay in trouble.

Although I'm sick of Johnny's antics being the rich, spoiled kid he is, the guy has serious talent for the level of competition he is going up against. Whether he has true NFL talent remains to be seen, but anyone questioning his talent (or worthy of the Heisman) doesn't know what they are talking about. He is an amazing college QB, and I'm not a fan of him.

Tebow is not a good comparison. Manziel can actually throw the ball with nice form. I hope that he does make it in the NFL it's just I have my doubts due to his height.

I was more so comparing what I believe his potential success in the NFL would be. My personal opinion is that Manziel will never start in the NFL. Tebow at least did that.
