Suggested change to "Not A Review"
I am a proponent to NCNS not being a review. I agree a NCNS should be in Co-Ed so both sides can have their say. And I agree with the idea no activities took place so ther is nothing to review.
However, there is a very specific time when I think this should not apply.
When the provider and client do meet face to face but for what ever the reason the session is terminiated by either side before any "activites" take place, it should still be a review. Something DID happen. They met but something went south after that. Its not a NCNS as they did meet. So why not allow this specific incident to be a revierw? The fact it went south is very important and should be attached to the provider just like a No review is.
Staff, could you elabarate a bit beyond a simple "No activites, Not a review"? Perhaps there is some eliment of this specific scenario I have failed to consider.
