Do you know what the screen name of the client was, when the review was posted, or have a link to it? The mods might not have known that it was associated with your screen name when it was posted.

The mods work for free, and they are all pretty busy. Most of the time it is within 24 hours, might be sooner, maybe later. They do a great job though, so just try to be patient.

If you are a member, the Mods can assign the review to your profile.
After the assignment has been made, when anyone looks at the Member's Profile, they will see a tab entitled "ECCIE Reviews".
When that tab is selected, links to each of the reviews assigned to that profile are now visible.
