Ok.. Time for Cabin Fever Stories.. what did you do to pass time??
Ok.. So everyone knows the weather was the worst it has been in quite sometime! I personally did not leave my house since all the ice hit, until today.
So... I was just wondering about all the stories we may all have..some funny, some disappointing, some scary, who knows!
How did you spend these days indoors/outdoors?
I will start with a funny story..
It was saturday morning and haven't left the house since thursday evening. Was feeling like a good stress relief and new just where to look. Then reality hit.. I left my toy bag in the back of my car to hide from wandering eyes..and forgot to get it back out! Grrrr. I look out my window and see my car is fully covered in ice. There was no way.. I was even so desperate to grab the ice scraper and go to work on the thing. My son looks out and laughs because after about 35 min of scraping, I only managed to make 2 eyes on my front winshield. So now I am without my vibes and I am being laughed at by a very smart 9 year old who manages to tell me that my car looks like it belongs in the movie, Cars..lol. So disappointing Needless to say, I gave up..lol. They were frozen anyway .
On a serious note, after all the time I spent at home ,it made me appreciate the little things much more.Just like being able to make the drive to the corner store today,or even having electricity, or food in fridge to feed Me and mine. I just had to look at it as a blessing in disguise. I honestly enjoyed my time home and even had time to pick up a book and read!Besides feeling a bit frisky at times.. I am thankful and blessed and just wanted to share that.
Now ready for everything to thaw out!! Ready to get out of here..lol.
Who else has some Cabin Fever Stories....
Share time..

That's a sweet story. Mine was DFW airport hell (Fri/Sat) trying to get to an overseas meeting (it of course didn't happen). Yours was far more fun!

Omg! I love staying inside and watching movies on a cold day but holy moly! I'm ready for slightly warmer days! Ok so in a nutshell: Went to the hotel Friday bc of the electricity then back Saturday and I think I've been cooking every second since (with regular, momentary escapes to my online world of grown-up discussions lol!). Went outside to do some ghetto sleding Sat & Sun and soon discovered I need to get my 5yr old on a snowboard asap bc he was doing pretty damn good standing up on a rubbermaid lid! Lmao!
Put up the tree and decorations, made hot cocoa. Watched The Polar Express about half a dozen times and A Christmas Story 3-4x and called a few Christmas stores and searched CL looking for the famous leg lamp from that movie (Best Christmas Decoration Ever!!), but came up empty handed If anyone knows somewhere I can pick one up locally plz tell me! The shipping from online retailers for it is outrageous. "Fragil-eh" indeed! Lol!!!
I can't say it's been bad at all. Great memories!! But I sure am ready for school to start back up! Looking forward to Wednesday! Fingers crossed!!! )
Ok sorry that wasn't a nutshell at all.
P.S. Melanie, I think u need to advertised that u need help unfreezing you dildos this week!!

Well, I love my car, it has a very nice sporty suspension, but since its a rear wheel drive, driving on ice is nearly impossible so I was stuck with a dear friend for 3 days, eating, drinking, watching movies, sleeping, eating, drinking, watching movies, more sleeping and the whole drill again and again ... LOL
I think I gained some extra pounds LOL ... time to get back to do some serious workout
P.S. Melanie, be careful when you use that frozen dildo for your tongue may stay stuck to it ... like the kid in the Christmas Story movie ... LOL

Went out and played with my 4X4 drive. I don't get to use it that much here in TX. Picked up a load of fire wood. Built a fire in fire place. Played around on here. Had little ones over to the house played peek a boo and let them ride my leg like a horsie. Put bird seed and fresh water on the back porch and watched the birds and squirles.

Need for nookie over-rode common sense and went to see my favorite spitfire. She promptly rewarded me by sending me off with weak knees and empty gonads.
