Make sure you get your facts straight. This had been addressed already. Camilles reputation is stellar. For a newbie you are starting off on a bad note and barking up the wrong tree. As RockerRick would say. "I see a ban or 2 coming soon." Agenda. I think so.
In almost every physical performance industry age is known to make a competitive difference you don't see 60 year olds playing pro football and you don't see twenty year olds competing against 45 year olds in Olympic gymnastics. It's a fact that we get older and lose capabilities we once had while we may gain other things we may not of had as young athletes many of us have had to swallow this lump in life but it's not much concern once you remember that as one door closes another opens. The only real hazard is to think nothing changes and ignore the fact when it's time to move along and into a different aspect of the game.

This is a well thought out post which should be required reading for all like some of your other threads.
So I would like to strongly encourage you to consider posting for the position of moderator.
You tend to have everyone's best interest which helps so it makes sense to me. Too bad it's a non paying thankless job but we could certainly use a woman's touch around here in more ways than one IJS.
Female mods are few and far between but we could always use another one in SA or maybe Corpus as they seem to be needing some help down there.
