FWIW.......

I just had a situation where a young lady requested a referrence.
I had NO idea who this gent was when she described him.
I might not have known even after speaking to him, since it had been a year.
But he brought me an AWESOME present (not expensive, just fun).
Like the man who brought me an orchid, HE will never be forgotten.

This just struck me as something I hadn't thought of before-DUH. A little benefit of bringing a girl something she needs or likes. We really enjoy our work. But sometimes it really BRIGHTENS OUR DAY! and we remember you for it.
