Don't care for it myself. If I'm gonna have a steak, I want it grilled. And not some cheap round steak with batter to hide the fact that it's a shitty cut of meat.

I haven't tried the CFS at Threadgill's, I usually end up with fried pork chops. Need you try some the other places mentioned. Although Texan Cafe in Hutto is hard to beat!!!
