Nice to know, but becoming pregnant at a college age ( 21) is not a bad thing. I hope that's not what you were implying. Especially in south Texas, San Antonio, getting married, having a baby and still going through school at 21-22 is something I definitely don't see as a " falling out" so I firmly hope your post is based off of your family's strict rules/ upbringing and not based off of what you think a general acceptance is/ should be.
I for one don't regret any of it, and neither do my parents ( who did come from a crazy well established and well spoken for blood line)

CITATION:
For heroic achievement, against a hostile enemy. In support of Operation Desert Storm and the liberation of the kingdom of Kuwait. While serving as a Hawk missile crewmen with Bravo btry 2nd battalion 1st ada regiment in the 11th ada brigade Specialist M****** was tasked with his platoons RSOP team to prepare a forward area launch position, in support of the 18th Airborne corps spearhead into Iraq. While emplacement procedures where underway the teams lookouts spotted a company sized enemy force approaching the launch position. The order was given to "bug out" and call for support. With that order a sensitive and classified piece of radar equipment became stuck in loose sand and immobilized. Not wanting to destroy the equipment or leave it to the enemy, the RSOP leader gave the order "prepare to defend the position" Specialist M****** knowing his small team was greatly outnumbered suggested a flanking maneuver to the team leader that could herd the enemy force into the established machine gun emplacement. Specialist M****** and six other soldiers were able to quickly move to the enemies rear flank, and with grenades and lethal accurate rifle fire able to drive the enemy soldiers to the waiting machine gun position. Upon encountering the overwhelming machine gun fire the enemy combatants raised the white flag of surrender. This action resulted in 22 enemy KIA and 34 POWS. Specialist M****** leadership certainly saved the lives of his teammates and prevented the radar position from being overrun by the enemy. Specialist M****** resolute courage, bold initiative, and selfless devotion to duty, is in keeping with the highest standards and traditions of the UNITED STATES ARMY
Specialist M****** is authorized to wear the combat " V "

I had the opportunity to fleece a cocky (sexy) provider of her bankroll via a poker session or a game of billiards and did not. Instead I bought her something to eat and left her to go about her business, dignity and bankroll intact. This required enormous restraint on my part and I am quite proud of myself for pulling it off.
I have done other memorable charitable things but do not wish to brag. And this is most recent.

I wish not to brag as well....as I consider myself a more private and personal person than most youngins these days....I have a very old soul and that's what alot of peeps be feelin' bout me (hehe, I got all gangsta with that line....or I think I did lalala)....I'd rather just smile and keep my good deeds in my heart....I don't do it for the glory or the praise....I do it because I care....those of you who know....well, you know(:

Excellent thoughts Karla! When we do things for others...it should be that way!! Comes down to whether or not the person we help...appreciates...the THOUGHT behind a good deed.
Some people feel *entitled*...those types of people will NEVER understand, nor appreciate anything good...but fast to give themselves a pat on the shoulder...for things they've never even done! That's worth a snicker or two.

Nope I am happy that they didn't get pregnant in High School and drop out like some kids do. They are concentrating on getting a career and being independent.
There is still a low turn out of minorities in college.
I applaud any woman that has children at a young age and still accomplish her dreams.
