Not sure if there is any difference between independent and agency providers.

Be more specific. The agency model is pretty simple. Latin ones are $.6 to $$ an hour and almost all are bbbj and msog. White ones (aka dirty girls) and Asian (like Thai palace) have similar service but are more like $$.5 to $$$ an hour. Oh, and texts and calls are almost never with the provider so don't ask, for example "can I bring you something to drink?"

One works for herself. One works for a "manager". If you're not being politically correct, you call the manager a pimp.

Some managers are professionals who treat their staff well, pay them fairly, and help make the TCB part of the business much more smooth for the customers. Some are leeches who take everything the provider earns and dish out physical and psychological abuse in return... the stereotypical pimp.

And we customers can't always see the difference.
