Mental Health Month

First off...I DIDNT KNOW we celebrated mental health. But it seems May is the month we do. This article is from May 2013, but with all the high tension I've been observing on this board it only seems suitable to post.

It's actually pretty interesting. I may try some of the tactics myself LOL! I personally like TIP # 4.

Ah, thanks. For #3, I think my calming phrase will be "Lick my balls". Of course, I'll have to say it in that soft, calming, Zen Master way to be effective. Plus, that has the possible side effect of covering #4 as well!

I have recently spent some quality time with Gemma details not important and can say she is the sweetest most down to earth lady I have met in a long time.

She not only has idiots in her personal life causing stress but also from @ least one mod and a few members of this board.
This stress is starting to wear thin on her and is starting to affect her.
Call me her white knight if you want, I'm just a fan and enjoy her company

Can't we get along and sing Kum bah yah

This petty bickering, backstabbing, etc is getting old.

I thought this whole board was about "Make love, not war".

I actually used that phrase to a provider recently and she had NO idea that it was a slogan years ago. I guess that dates us!

I hope you dont take too much offense, but that site looks like it doesnt belong in 2013. This site isnt the most advanced ever, but at least I dont feel like I need to cancel my AOL account after using the free hours CD.
