It depends on who the benefit is for and what you're looking for. If its for my enjoyment of DATY on her, then I prefer her to be on top. I do find DATO is easier/more accessible if she's on top, which I love, too.

However, my most recent ATF (I saw exclusively for almost a year until she moved out of state) persuaded me that if it was for her benefit then she preferred me on top, her with her head over the edge of the bed and her goal was to have my cock as deep in her mouth/throat as possible. There is such a long list of physical compatibility issues to be met for 69 to be both comfortable and productive. In my younger days I'd just grab the girl by the waist, pick her up, spin her and do a standing 69 to keep my neck from getting that bent thing. Although I typically prefer DATY first and have my partner O a couple of times before we get to me (It goes downhill after that), from a 69 standpoint I love her being on top because I get full access to both private areas and can play around while performing. She can also put all her weight on me, which I would definitely suffocate the poor girl if the other way around.
