Not sure why this young lady is getting so much flack for this.

While she did put herself out there, if people are meeting her based on reviews of her here and assuming that they would get the same treatment I understanding why she started the thread. I would assume that whether she's a massage girl or not, all activities are YMMV. I might have been swinging from the chandelier with one guy, and giving BJ's while standing on my head with another. What I do with another person isn't necessarily what happens in all my dates.

There are some reasons guys get negative feedback on their advances.

Please know that a lady may be shy to kiss you if you have sewage mouth.
Please know that a lady may not FIV if you've got nasty hands, or stop you if you're rough.
Please know that a lady may not suck your balls if you refuse a shower in the beginning. No amount of forcing her head down there will help.

For the record, I can't stand when massage specialist advertise on any board or forum that is shared with providers. Why?? Because of this exact bs. As a client you have no idea of what to really expect because the damn add is intentionally vague.
Also I hate calling a provider on the phone and she talks like a freaking kardashian. Again I believe they talk in a way that can not be clearly understood in order to decieve later. " what do you mean? I told you when you called."
What does MEM mean anyway?

As massage girls our product is the good ole rub and tug! Lol aka a sensual massage with orgasm. The pleasure gained from the neck being massaged is every bit as important as pleasure gained from a more sexual area. This is what we advertise. This is the product we provide. This is what differs us from medical massage and why it is we can charge what do.
The client should only expect this service once he/she is on that table. NOT what's written in a reveiw.
Now "extras" work like this.
Anything else REQUESTED or OFFERED is an extra.
What extra if any, should be made clear at some point before the "ending"
The extras if any are YOUR-choice. You CHOOSE whom/what option is given.
If told no, the client should respect that lay back and enjoy what he is paying for. But you should also have respect in making good on what client paid for. Don't dick him around, dont cheat him and be straight forward. If there's an issue, speak up. If he gets dumb, cut the session short.
If you are already having issues as you are, maybe you should reevaluate some things. I'd suggest dropping the pretentiousness. Your obviously a YMMV provider, try and be more claramente in what you advertise and be a little more vague or discreet about the extra services the words coming out your mouth are advertising. And importantly screen your clients better. You don't have to advertise on this board to benefit from it. You can get a real feel on the person by reading what they post as well as reviews and asking other ladies any questions you have.
